PV Oil Corp., Vietnam’s state-run oil-marketing company, bought 600,000 barrels of Brunei’s Champion crude for delivery in September to its Dung Quat refinery, said two people who participate in the market.
PV Oil bought the cargo from a trading company through a tender, the people said, asking not to be identified because the information is confidential.
