Vietnam Is Said to Sell Two Cargoes of Ruby Oil to Petrobras
PV Oil Co., Vietnam’s state-owned oil-marketing company, sold two shipments of its Ruby crude for February loading to Petroleo Brasileiro SA (PETR4), the Brazilian oil company known as Petrobras, said three traders who participate in the market.
Details of the offer are as follows:

Loading: Mid-February, Late-February
Quantity: 300,000 barrels each
Buyer: Petrobras
Price: Premium around $7.00 a barrel to Platts/APPI Minas.
