PV Oil Corp., Vietnam’s state-run oil-marketing company, sold 300,000 barrels of Chim Sao crude to Japan’s Taiyo Oil for Sept. 17 to Sept. 21 loading at a premium of $4 to $4.50 to dated Brent, said two traders who participate in the market, asking not to be identified because the information is confidential.
PV also sold Chim Sao for Sept. 26 to Sept. 30 at a similar level, and a Sept. 7 to Sept. 11 cargo at a premium of $2.50 a barrel, one of the people said.
