PV Oil offers 600,000 barrel of crude oil from Hong Ngoc oil field

According to Bloomberg News, PV Oil (Vietnam) is offering for two cargoes of crude oil from Hong Ngoc oil field, delivering in February 2012.

However, delivery is divided into two phases. The first phase is the middle of February 2012 and the second phase is the late of February 2012.
