Ministry of Finance has issued the Circular No. 43/2013/TT-BTC on revising the preferential tariffs for some goods in the group 2710 of Preferential Import Tariff (prescribed in Circular No. 193/2012/TT-BTC).
Accordingly, Ministry will adjust to raise the export tax of fuel to 14% from 12% previously. In detail, motor gas (nclude Ron A92 gasoline, Ron 97 gasoline, leaded gasoline and unleaded gasoline …); Tetrapropylen; white solvent, light solvent … are imposed at 14% from April 18th, 2013.
The move is to continue to operate fuel prices under the market mechanism stipulated in the Decree No 84/2009/NĐ-CP.
