According to source from Ministry of Industry and Trade, Vietnam' s state-owned Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) only is accounting for more than 48% market share in the domestic market, rather than 60% as reported.

Ministry of Industry and Trade revealed that Petrolimex’s sales (incl domestic and re-export) estimated at 751,000 cubic meters/tonnes. In the first eight months this year, total sales in domestic market estimated about 5.13 million cubic meters/tonnes, acccounted for 63% of plan in 2012.
