At present, crude oil price fluctuates around USD104 a barrel after rose to nearly USD130 a barrel in early March.
In April, Vietnam imported petroleum products from Singapore at price 2-3% less than March. Compare to the current retail price in Vietnam, businesses are making profitable 300-500 VND a liter for gasoline.
