In Novevember, gasoline A92 imported from Singapore was at USD111.17 a barrel, while in October was at USD119.90 a barrel.
Vietnam Petrolimex Coporation (Petrolimex) has just released gasoline A92 prices imported in November from Singapore. Accordingly, price has reduced by 7.28% over the previous month, while almost other gasoline products increased in price.
However, Petrolimex also said that retail price in Vietnam currently is being lower than other countries in the Asian region.
In detail, gas price is VND5.922 a litter lower than Laos, VND5,042 a litter less than Combodia and VND11,964 a litter less than Singapore.
In November, crude in the globle market continued to increase in the first half month, after that price adjusted to fall and then turned up again in last days of month. Average price in November was USD 97.18 a litter, up by USD10.71 a barrel (12.38%) compared to October, while Brent up 1.94%.
In the first half October, price of gasoline in Singapore dropped by 3.33-5.65% compared the same time in September.
