Due to the decline of discount, many gas stations in Binh Duong have installed a devices on fuel measured column to withrawn a part of fuel from customers.

In April 13th, The Binh Duong Market Managerment Deparment said, they found five gas stations in local were fraud on fuel measure after inspection. The agency has been proposed People's Committee of Binh Duong for a handle and confiscation of amount of fraud.

In the latest case, in April 12th, Binh Duong Market Managerment Deparment coordinated with related agencies caught a gas station of Doc Lap private enterprise (located at 1, Doc Lap Street, Song Than Industry Park, Di An commune, Binh Duong province) stole about 3% fuel from customers.

Previously, agencies also discovered a fuel pump steal fuel from customers in the gas station of Uyen Hung retailer (Quarter 3, Uyen Hung township, Tan Uyen district) has. This feul pump sold 20 liters but data on electronic table showed 20.52 liters. Similar case at Hung Thinh Private Enterprise (Tan Hoa town, Dong Hoa ward, Di An town), electronic board showed 20.9 liters while they pumped only 20 liters.

Currently, many gas stations in Binh Duong are reported to close their businesses due to too low discounts. Previously, retailers have a discount of VND300 a liter, but now just VND100 a liter.
