Fuel prices keep flat
Amidst world petroleum price reduction, Finance Ministry has asked major petrol enterprises to continue to stabilize prices of gas and oil products, and raise stabilization fund for gas.
That is the main content in decree of 327/BTC-QLG on operating petrol prices has been issued by Minister of Finance in November 28th, afternoon.
Accordingly, issued on the movement of gas, oil prices in the globle market currently, based on the official dispatch requesting from the major petrol companies in order to stabilize prices of gas and oil, after consulting with the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Finance has requested major distributors in fuel products to keep stabilize prices of gasoline, diesel, kerosene, oil mazut as current prices.
Beside that, Ministry of finance also allowed to use the stabilization fund (BOG) to compensate gap between current price and base price of fuel (at actual temperature). In detail, diesel will be VND1,000 a liter, kerosene will be VND900 a liter and mazut will be VND950 a kg.
In addition, Ministry of finance will increase deduction level of fund for gas with an additional VND250 a liter to VND550 a liter from VND300 a liter (at actual temperature), while others products include diesel, kerosene, and mazut will be same old level at VND300 a liter.
This announcement will effect from 12 o'clock on November 28th, 2011.
