On Friday, April 6th, Mr Vo Thanh phong from Tay Ninh Market Management Department said they have fined VND30 million and suspended the business activity within 6 months to Thuy Hang fuel retailer (owned by Mr Nguyen Van Hong in Hoa Hiep ward, Tan Bien District).

Accordingly, Thuy Hang fuel retailer has been continuing to use the expired license and selling substandard specification fuel products into the market.

Inspector of Tay Ninh Department of Science and Technology also fined the branch 2 of Dai Tam fuel retailer (Tay Ninh town) about VND25 million and suspended its business within 3 months after finding its measured column of Ron 92 gasoline has no more inspection stamp.

The same day, Khanh Hoa Market Management Department said People's Committee of province has issued a decision to impose an administrative sanction to Mr Phan Ba Huong and Ms Pham Thi My Loc (both in Nha Trang City) total VND34 million for illegal business of fuel.

Previously, this agency has found an oil tank containing about 1,620 liters of oil under the floor of Huong’s house, and a fuel pump on his front yard contains 130 liters of gasoline, but Huong does not show any legal document. Similar, agency also discovered about 180 liters of gasoline in Ms Loc’s house without receipt.
