Deputy Prime Minister – Hoang Trung Hai has just required Ministry of Industry and Trade- and Ministry of Finance to consider and handle the proposal issued by People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province on temporary import for re-export or transferring of diesel as the current regulation and the direction of the Prime Minister.

In the case can not re-export, minitries should permit importers to pay the import tax and sell in the domestic market if meet the quality standard.

Previously, People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province said that due to sudden stopage of import for re-export and transport activity has push inventory of diesel of Vipco Hạ Long up to 13,000 tonnes in Van Gia gate – Mong Cai, while inventory of Mipecorp in Hoang Bo - Dong Van – Binh Lieu gates up to 350 tonnes.
