On March 27th, group include Binh Duong Management Deparment and Quality Measurement Deparment (Binh Duong Technology – Science Deparment) have sealed three fuel pumps in Binh Duong province after discovered their fraud.
The first one is belong to Uyen Hung retailer at block 3, Uyen Hung town, Tan Uyen district. Group discovered the fraud after cheking the measure system of retailer. According to estimation, Uyen Hung sells about thounsand liters of fuel, but more 2.5% of it has stolen by the owner.
Similarly, at Hung Thinh Private Petroleum Enterprises (Tân Hoa block, Dong Hoa ward, Di An town, Binh Duong) group also discovered the fraud of its two fuel pumps with the stolen rate to 4.5%.
After finishing the sealing, group also took samples of diesel and A92 gasoline for quality assessment.
Spokesman of Binh Duong Management Deparment said there are more than 350 fuel retailers in province, but no case is discovered to sell fuel with poor quality, or dirty fuel.
